In the instance that an item may be temporarily unavailable one of our friendly customer care staff will email you with an approximate delivery date and should you be unhappy with this, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund.

Our delivery options below are for the UK Mainland only. PLEASE NOTE:-Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, The Channel Islands, The Scottish Highlands & Islands are sometimes subject to additional delivery charges. Next Day Delivery: £5.99

• To ensure next day delivery, orders must be placed by 1pm

• Please note that our main aim in life is to keep you happy and to complete orders within 1 day, however we are only human and do rely on third party postal and courier services to get those goods to your door on time. • Our couriers will attempt to deliver each parcel at least twice before returning a parcel to us and in most cases will leave you with a card to let you know that they have tried to deliver. Please note that any orders returned to us where the courier has attempted delivery would be subject to a £5 failed delivery and aditional postage would have to be charged to post the item again. If you prefer us to refund the item instead of sending it again please note that the original cost of shipping & gift wrap (if applicable) would be deducted from the refund.

Same day deliveries

We do offer same day delivery to most of mainland UK (certain post codes are excluded). The cost of delivery and availability is based on delivery location; Please call our customer services team for a quote during our opening hours. Please note that same day delivery is only available for items in stock at the time of the order and certain bulky items and items fulfilled directly by our suppliers are excluded. Please note that the cost of delivery is not refundable if our couriers attempt delivery and noone is available in the premises to accept the delivery.
